If you are not completely satisfied with the Aligned as Designed Cane or any other Aligned as Designed branded products that are purchased from alignedasdesigned.com they may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund including paid return shipping. There is no Restocking Fee. Return postage for International orders is the responsibility of the customer.

If a product is damaged in Transit to the Customer then Aligned as Designed will replace the cane at no charge to the customer and arrange for return shipping to return the damaged cane.
